
Where are our products today?
Since our first experiments, our product has not only changed but also expanded into a full range of solutions. We kept testing, improving, and listening to feedback from clients and users. Here is what we have achieved so far.
Greet Pay

This is our most popular product, giving guests the ability to pay their table bill through a QR code. It makes restaurant operations much easier during busy hours thanks to a few key features.
Bill splitting is one of the most useful Greet functions for both staff and guests who want to pay only for their own items while dining in a group. Guests simply select the products they ordered and pay using the most popular payment methods.
Guest experience can be tracked through the feedback section. After paying, guests can rate their visit and leave a comment. Insights are available in the admin system and can be filtered by rating and by waiter, which helps every restaurant improve.
Staff no longer need to issue invoices manually, since guests can generate them on their own. They only need to enter the company name and will receive the invoice by email.
Another valuable feature is the waiter call button. Guests can reach a waiter or request help with a single tap.
Greet Tips

This solution lets guests leave tips for staff without using cash.
Personalized waiter profiles add trust and a human touch. Waiters can upload a profile photo, share a personal goal for collecting tips, and thank guests with a warm message.
Because tips are subject to personal income tax, we built an integration with the State Tax Inspectorate. Every employee can choose to have the tax automatically declared and paid by Greet. In this way, 15 percent of each tip goes directly to the state, and staff no longer need to declare this income themselves.
Restaurants can also choose the way tips are collected, either individually or into a shared pool. The collected amount can be distributed among staff automatically by percentage.
Greet Orders

With this product, guests can place their own orders at the table without waiting for staff.
To make it easier for the kitchen to prepare and serve several orders from the same table at once, we developed a function that combines them into one.
Guests can also be informed when their order is ready through automated SMS notifications, which can be activated when needed.
Incoming orders can be filtered by workstations. The system shows bar orders separately from kitchen orders, helping staff stay focused on the products they are responsible for and avoiding confusion.
For restaurant managers, the analytics section is especially useful. It shows usage trends and guest feedback, which can be filtered by rating, tips received, and staff. This makes it simple to track insights about service quality.
Greet Menu

This product allows guests to view the restaurant’s menu on their phone.
We improved it so managers can edit menu items, set their visibility times, and include promotional campaigns that appear when the menu is opened.
Menus are now fully personalized for each venue. The design matches the restaurant’s style, and the best guest reviews are automatically suggested for sharing on Google.
Greet Kiosk

This is our newest product, a self-service kiosk where guests can place orders and pay with the card reader next to it.
We built it by combining the strongest features from our existing products. The kiosk is available not only in tablet size but also as a 24-inch floor-standing terminal, which is especially convenient for restaurants with higher traffic.
Today we work with more than 850 clients, from large restaurant chains to popular cafés and bars. We are proud to offer solutions that are strong and intuitive, but we are not stopping here. We keep listening to feedback and developing new ideas. You can read more about our products at the link.
