Greet solutions help simplify and more conveniently place orders, pay bills and leave tips in restaurants, cafes, bars or other food service establishments (hereinafter – Partners).
1. OVERVIEW
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – "Terms") are considered an agreement between the parties, entered into between UAB "Greet menu", company code 306169138, registered at J. Basanavičiaus g. 41-6, LT-03109 Vilnius (hereinafter – "greet") and You. The Terms begin to apply to you when you start using or browsing www.greet.menu or www.greet.lt (hereinafter – "Website") or from the moment of your electronic confirmation of them.
These Terms establish the general rules and conditions for using the Website. By using our services and/or products (hereinafter – "Services") you can:
- access menus posted by Partners on the Website,
- place a desired order with a Partner,
- pay a bill,
- leave feedback, rating or perform other actions allowed on the Website.
The terms "we", "us" or "our" used in these Terms mean greet. The terms "You", "Your", "visitor" or "client" mean any person who uses the greet Website.
greet reserves the right at any time, at its discretion, without prior notice to change, supplement or otherwise edit these Terms including the Privacy Policy or any policy that is considered an integral part of these Terms. You agree that any changes or additions take effect immediately after publication on this Website. Your use of the Website after any changes or additions means your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms or any of their changes or additions, please do not use this Website.
2. USAGE RULES
By opening a menu posted on the website or placing an order, you assume full responsibility for the orders made.
Before paying a bill, it is your responsibility to check all provided information and ensure that it is correct.
When leaving tips, before confirming their amount, you must check whether the entered tip amount is correct. The tip amount will be added to your final bill.
If you need additional information or assistance when placing an order, or confirming it, as well as when paying a bill or leaving tips, you must clarify any questions that arise with the Partner's employees.
By using the Website, you undertake to do so lawfully, complying with all applicable laws, regulations and other legal acts. You also confirm that your published content is legal and does not violate legal acts and/or third party rights and freedoms.
You confirm and agree that when using the greet Website, you will:
- not do or attempt to do any harm to the Website, for example, not upload malicious code programs, computer viruses, or perform any other actions that may harm the Website's operation or interfere with its functioning),
- not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its servers, and all other servers to which our computers and databases may be connected,
- not carry out DoS or DDoS attacks against our Website or otherwise attempt to harm the Website's operation,
- not copy and distribute this Website, part of the Website or information or content contained therein, without prior greet consent.
We warn that about any cyber attack on the Website or database, greet will immediately report to the relevant law enforcement institutions, and the person carrying out the attack may be held criminally liable.
You agree not to attempt to bypass, disable or otherwise affect the functions of this Website related to Website security.
You undertake to compensate for damage to greet or greet Partners arising from any claims, lawsuits, cost claims and loss compensation (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees) that we may directly or indirectly suffer due to: (a) your use of the Website, (b) violation of any of these Terms or agreements, or (c) violation of any third party rights, including, but not limited to, any intellectual property rights violations. The conditions for damage compensation provided in this section remain valid even after the termination or expiration of these Terms, and after you stop using this Website.
Energy drinks, as defined in the Food Law of the Republic of Lithuania, you can order only if you are at least 18 (eighteen) years old and confirm this in the manner established by the Partner. If you do not present an identity document, present an invalid identity document or it turns out that you are younger than 18 (eighteen) years old, the Partner will not deliver energy drinks to you.
Alcoholic beverages, as defined in the Alcohol Control Law of the Republic of Lithuania, you can order only if you are at least 20 (twenty) years old and confirm this in the manner established by the Partner.
3. WEBSITE USAGE RESTRICTIONS
This website and the Services provided therein are intended only for those clients who, according to applicable laws, can enter into legally binding contracts. By using this Website you confirm that you are:
- at least 18 (eighteen) years of age,
- otherwise recognized as capable of entering into legally binding contracts.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a legal entity, you guarantee that you have the legal authority to bind such legal entity to the terms set forth in this Agreement, and, in such case, the terms "you", "your", "visitor" or "client" refer to such legal entity. If it turns out that you do not have the appropriate authority or the right to represent a legal entity, responsibility for the execution of these Terms may be transferred to you personally.

By using the Website, greet grants the visitor a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the Website exclusively only for receiving the Services specified in section 1 of these Terms.
All intellectual property rights related to software, documents or information that is used or created by greet or on its behalf when providing services under these Terms (including the greet platform and any material uploaded to it) belong to greet (or sometimes, to a limited extent, to the Partner). greet makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality of the Website, including the absence of obvious or hidden defects, suitability for normal or specific purposes, and greet is not obligated to meet visitor requirements regarding Website quality. 6. LIABILITY LIMITATION
The Partner is individually responsible for all goods ordered using the Website Services, including their quality or quality defects or other shortcomings in fulfilling their obligations. greet assumes no responsibility for this (including responsibility for any allergic reaction to goods or other health problems).
The Website is strictly provided to visitors on an "as is" basis. greet will not be responsible for any Website disruptions, connection errors, unavailability or failures, but we do not limit your right to claim compensation for damage or use other legal remedies provided by law if the Website services do not comply with these Terms. 8. PAYMENTS
You confirm your understanding that all payments you make are collected and administered by a third party. greet is only a service provider that helps the Partner more easily manage menus, accept orders and process bill payments.
You undertake to pay bills for orders you place through this Website, as well as all other fees and payments related to your orders.
We reserve the right to apply administration fees that may be unilaterally applied by greet at its discretion to both you and the Partner for using the Website Services.
Fees (if applicable) will be detailed and specified at the time of bill payment, and deducted from your chosen payment method together with the main bill.
For refunds, order cancellation (after confirmation) or other payment-related questions, please contact the Partner's employees.
You confirm that you understand that the Website acts as an intermediary between you and the Partner, therefore any disputes regarding goods purchased using our Services must be resolved directly between you and the Partner, including disputes arising from payments made.
When a visitor is redirected to a third party payment platform, the risk of loss or damage will pass to you and/or the third party providing the payment service. Your online payments by credit or debit card to the Partner will be handled by a third party payment service provider, and no personal data related to your payment will be stored or used on the Website. We are not responsible for any payment questions or other disputes arising from the provision of third party payment services. greet also reserves the right, at its discretion, to change the third party payment service provider, without notifying you in advance.
We always recommend reading the terms of the payment service provider chosen for the payment operation.
9. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute, disagreement or claim arising from these Terms or related to these Terms will be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached within 30 (thirty) calendar days, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11. ASSIGNMENT
greet has the right to assign all or any of its rights or obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to its subsidiary, representative or any other successor without your prior consent.
You do not have the right to assign all or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms.
12. TERMS VALIDITY
The invalidity of one part of the Terms does not make all Terms invalid. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court, that part will be separated from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be considered valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by law.
