Wasabi Sushi is an Asian inspired restaurant located in the popular Paupys Market food hall in Vilnius. Orders are placed directly at the counter, and the restaurant team strives to ensure that every guest can receive their favorite dishes quickly and conveniently.
Challenge: high customer flow and long queues
Due to popularity, Wasabi Sushi attracts a large number of customers, making fast service a challenge. Long queues disrupted smooth operations, increased waiting times, and negatively affected the overall customer experience. - Pay using a card reader.
Orders reach the kitchen instantly, enabling the kitchen team to start preparing dishes immediately. Customers receive an SMS notification when their order is ready for pickup.
